| About Me: |
This is the Personal Profile for AMS Pro Golf LLC Americans have always been inspired by people who transcend limitations.
That’s one of the reasons we like sports so much. Sports pages are filled with stories of athletes who successfully battle a variety of natural obstacles: birth defects (withered left arm—golfer Calvin Peete), disease (cancer—Lance Armstrong), and aging (Randy Johnson). I am one such athlete.
As a person with dyslexia, I don’t think I need to explain to you in any great detail the challenges I’ve faced. Education for kids with dyslexia has come a long way since the 1960s and 1970s, but growing up with limited resources, I struggled to achieve ninth-grade reading proficiency. (As you’ve probably guessed, I’ve had help with this letter; I’ve got a great family and friends). I aim to become a successful professional golfer, so that I can serve as a role model for people who have dyslexia, and show them that their dreams can also become a reality.
As your company’s sponsored player I can effectively represent your brand both on the course and in my every day life. Since picking up a golf club at the age of 9 I have had the dream of being a Pro. Even now, each time I go to a course and stand on the first tee, I feel this is where I belong. I played on the Varsity Golf Team all four years of high school, and channeled that experience into a 13 year career as a certified golf instructor. In 2006 I felt that is was time for me to follow my dream of playing competitive golf, and became a member of the New England Pro Tour. During my two seasons on tour, notable professionals like Walter Morgan, Jim Hallet Charlie Rutledge and Brian Hebb praised my performance and encouraged me to continue to develop my skills to achieve further success on tour.
How can I represent your company?
I travel some 50,000 miles a year. Your company logo will be proudly displayed on my car (driver side, passenger side and rear of my car) traveling from New Jersey to Florida. I will gladly wear your logo on my shirt, hat and golf bag. Your company web site will be on my web site. I will show your link and logo on FaceBook, MySpace, GolfKonnect, Business Golf Country Club, BlogNut, PerfectBusiness, LinkedIn, and StartupWorld where I have over 3000 contacts and friends.
I am a "People Person" and take pride in greeting people I meet whether I am golfing, shopping or getting a tank of gas. I like to make people feel comfortable, important and welcome. This is equally true of adults and children. I make a point of speaking one on one to those I meet. People relate to me. They see me as "the guy next door", a "working man's man". I am a blue collar worker reaching for my dream as a professional golfer.
With your support and sponsorship, I can spend all of my time and effort maintaining tournament readiness. The result will be a successful season for me and a positive return on your investment.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss a partnership with you. I firmly believe I have a great career ahead of me; I look forward to you being a part of it.
Sincerely,
Anthony “Cool Tony” Sbarra

| About My Business: |
Anthony “Cool Tony” Sbarra Professional golfer looking for sponsors.
My family and friends call me TONY, or “COOL TONY” as I am known on the tour. I am in excellent health. I started playing golf at the age of 9. My father took me to the Gator Hole, a par 3 course in Myrtle Beach, SC while we were camping. That’s where my love of the game began. Since the first time I held a club in my hands, I have had the dream of being a Pro. Even now, each time I go to a course and stand on the first tee, I feel this is where I belong. I played on the Varsity Golf Team all four years of high school. At the time I graduated, people with dyslexia did not get offered scholarships or go to college. I did however, become a certified Golf Instructor. I taught group lessons for the local Community Education Program for 13 years as well as giving private lessons. Now I am moving to the next level.
In 2006 when I played for half a season, on the New England Pro Tour (formerly the Cleveland Tour), the Tour President and Tour Player, Brian Hebb encouraged me. He said: “You have the talents to be a successful tour professional. Get more tour experience”. Former PGA Tour Player, Jim Hallet told me to: “Put yourself in pressure situations under the gun and you will become a successful player.” These men consider me an asset to the NAGT. Walter Morgan, Senior PGA Player told me "To make it you must practice, practice and then practice some more!" "Practice, Practice and more Practice became my Mantra!” In 2007, I met Charlie Rutledge, former PGA Tour Player. He became my mentor and offered to be my Swing Coach. He says I have the potential to be a Winner. According to my Mom, this has been "GolfCollege"
