Hello Perfect Business Members, I would like to thank everyone who has added us as contacts and for taking time to review my profile. I have looked at quite a few interesting business ideas and look forward to working with you in the future when opportunities arise.

The concept I believe in is that while you are driving to and from, it is the ability of your subconscious mind to retain the ideas you hear. Example: Have you ever realized you were singing a song you do not even like? I have. The reason I believe is while we may not like the song, it is our subconscious mind that memorizes it because of the repetition of the song being played over and over on the radio while we are busy thinking about where we are driving. Theory: Books I would start off with are: I have continued to listen to and read other books but these are some of my favorites that can get you in the right mindset. After I started doing this, I have found almost every successful person I have listened to say they do the same thing. I recently heard Tony Robbins say he listened to tapes on headphones at night when he was younger. To me, it means I am on the right track. If you have a suggestion for me, please take the time to pass it along. Also, I recently looked at the PB library and I found it to be very helpfull. Expenses to operate the vending management portion are minimal due to the fact we do not have to purchase the equipment for the client’s locations and the software system is online, limiting the need for high end computers at this time. Data entry personnel and standard office equipment should be adequate. This is where part of the investment will be allocated. 5. Each vendor is required to have adequate insurance that we will keep on file and have updated annually along with additional vendor information. Beyond the Box, Inc. will be listed as additionally insured. 6. The software will do most of the work. I would also like to have software and remote monitoring hardware developed for Beyond the Box, Inc. to compete with the other companies. Some of the technology is available from them because of an initiative to make all hardware compatible with all software platforms within the vending industry. This is why I mentioned in the Perfect Pitch 2009 that we would like an investor with an interest in technology and business systems. This is a fairly new market with only a handful of providers. An investor with a technology background, competitive nature and resources to implement this will be a benefit to have on our team. I would really like to develop our hardware and software so we could sell it to vendors instead of another company’s product. This way it would provide barriers to entry and if marketed correctly, become the system of choice that vending companies would rely on at locations Beyond the Box, Inc. does not have direct affiliation with, bringing in additional sources of income from their efforts. In reference to Virgin Mobil, all locations managed with remote monitoring depends on cellular service, therefore providing an increased value and benefit for Virgin Mobil to partner with Beyond the Box, Inc. 7. I have taken a creative approach to make necessary expenses become other sources of income. That is where the vendor website comes in. It will be involved with our billing process and earn income from ad spots sold to B2B advertisers. Every vendor will have to log on at least once a month to receive billing statements, creating guaranteed traffic from small businesses. We need a data based website designed for secured log in for vendors to handle billing. This is where part of the investment will be allocated. 8. The corporations we have been studying for potential clients are mainly international companies. Most of them have more than one company that we could employ our service at. The system we have chosen for our start up is already being used by vendors in other countries, enabling quick expansion. I am aware of your need to make a quick return on investment and I welcome the opportunity to work with you. As part of our business model, we have established means for initial revenue from the onset of each account thus enabling repayment of the initial investment very rapidly. 500k could be returned with the signing of two to three corporate accounts equaling 4,167 locations total. With the investment money and mentorship from successful persons such as the Perfect Pitch Panel, I believe our company can reach 10 million in revenue within the first three years or less and beyond. Our company is a C-Corporation and I would like to see other entities developed outside of Beyond the Box, Inc. with intentions and contracts to do business with Beyond the Box, Inc. that can be sold off or leveraged to pay investors while retaining contracts with Beyond the Box, Inc. for continued revenue. The company name, Beyond the Box, Inc. is important for me to keep like Virgin is for Sir Richard Branson.
