This is the Business Profile for Duollc My business model is comparable to the Gillette Razor Blade Model. Even if we give the "Trio" device away for free, each installed device = approx. $24.00 in gross profit per year. My device (the "Trio") converts most toilet paper mounts into a triple purpose mount without the need for tools and/or retrofit. The end user now has convenient access to up to a double sized roll of toilet paper, flushable/biodegradable moist wipes, and air-freshener in the same place. The "Trio" eliminates clutter in the bathroom (tubs of wipes and air-fresheners). We will hit Assisted Living B2B targets in phase I, which represent over 650,000 U.S. rooms. Total flushable market size domestically is a $500MM market. My IP was underwritten by a registered patent attorney w/ 14 years experience. My attorney has filed applications with the USPTO on my behalf for a non-provisional patent, PCT, and Trademark. I have a complete business plan, 5 year pro forma, & marketing strategy. I am working with the second largest private label "wipe" manufacturer and supplier in the U.S., + have all of my other manufacturers and suppliers on line, ready to produce. My fulfillment house is in the Long Beach, CA region, perfect for my overseas shipments. I have a marketing veteran of 20+ years with H.P. utilizing the inkjet refill business. I also have a team of advisors from the Springboard-CONNECT program, including the ex-CFO of Ford Motor Finance of 28 years, and a consumer goods specialist, having sold over 60MM red, "Swingline" staplers (from the movie "Office Space"). I will need additional talented management down the road.
