Starlight Investments, LLC, founded in 1999, is an agent-only investment bank that specializes in merger & acquisition and PIPEs (private investments in public equities) for mid-stage, profitable private and public companies in the US and abroad. Whereas most of the firm's investment banking clients have annual EBITDAs of at least $3.5 million, the company provides a range of corporate financial services to companies of all sizes. Recent successful fundings have been completed in several industries including Energy, Real estate, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial services, Manufacturing and Retail, however, most of the firm's current engagements and expertise lie in Energy, clean technology and alternative fuel sources. Starlight team members are working on financing a geothermal project in Indonesia, a biodiesel plant in the Southeast U.S. and a wind-based electricity system manufacturer in Canada, among others.
