| About My Business: | Currently transitioning to a private equity firm after nearly thirteen years as a management consultant and Finance Director for a major Hollywood studio. During consulting career delivered quantifiable working capital reduction and profitability improvement for a wide array of businesses through improving the performance of operations. As a Finance Director achievements included instituting and aligning Corporate Finance strategies, and implementing and supporting key finance processes and technologies. Projects delivered include: - implementing lean operations to improve productivity - global sourcing of goods & services - integrating information technologies with operational processes - outsourcing of operations to low labor cost countries - leading the operational turnaround of distressed companies - conducting operational due diligence of acquisitions - integrating the operations of acquired companies |
