I have always wanted to start my own business since I was a young girl.  In the late 80's and early 90's I was involved in several multi-level companies that did not work-out  for me, I spent more money than what I made, buying products that I did not want. 

In the 2000's I switched gears and started working in the mortgage business, well my timing was horrible, just when I was starting to get my feet wet, the market took a turn.  I am not complaining it taught me something about myself. 

I had to find a career that I am passionate about, now that I am 43 years old and have had a lot of time to think about what it is that I really want to accomplish with my life.  I needed a business that I could do with my family, being a mother of three almost grown children and my husband of 22 years I had to think of what we all could do together and it dawned on me we already own a small computer business that is sitting on the shelf, it is something that we are passionate about. Not knowing how to go about getting it up and running is my delima, getting the financing, the materials and resources. 

That is why I decided to search the web to see if I could get some help from other business owners.   That is why I am here today to get help with my career goals, so that I can help myself as well as help someone else in the future when they need support and guidence to make their dreams come true. 

My Business Dream is to have computers in every household, business and school by 2010 in the city where I live; that is affordable and provide outstanding customer support.  It sounds like I am decades behind and this already exist.

My company would have a local assembly plant to provide more jobs for the state and teach new technologies which will help to stimulate the economy.  Telephone Customer Service Reps, Dispatchers and Technicians will be hired locally and work from home to assist users with their questions and equipment.  Service agreements will be for the life of the computers, because we want repeat customers, certain fees will apply to keep business profitable.  

It sounds like every other computer company in the world but the difference with my company is that the people of the state will own the company so that they can live their American Dream and put food on their tables and take vacations and just be better people.

The community will benefit from the profits made, that includes Businesses, the Residents and the Schools.   We would be a non-profit business, however we do not want to be dependant on government funds.  I live in Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada and our state is in poor shape, much of our businesses are casinos and business is down, we have nothing to fall back on if tourism is down, we have a huge housing inventory and no one can afford to live in the houses the same as everywhere else, no jobs and one of the worst educational systems in the country.  I know it sounds like a fairytale but I believe it can come true with help, determination, persistence and everything else I got left in me.
