Reid H. Erickson, CEO, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Beneri International Corporation, formed in 2008 to coordinate the activities and participation of a vast network of visionary entrepreneurs dedicated to sustainable development through the commercialization and application of green technologies. Beneri provides emerging technology companies with access to financial, management, business development, marketing and corporate governance expertise and resources that are critically important to early stage ventures. With over twenty years experience in the green technology and sustainable development field as an investor, advisor, consultant, board member and business development specialist, Reid has assisted numerous early stage technology ventures with organizational start-up, business planning, marketing, sales and finance, successfully placing an aggregate $12 million private investment capital for several projects between 1986 and 1994. From 1995 through 2000, Reid worked as a Federal Technology Transfer Specialist within two government programs established by the Clinton-Gore Administration. One program was related to sustainable development and environmental entrepreneurship, where Reid conceived and wrote comprehensive strategies for transferring green technology to commercial markets through public private partnerships. The other involved a research consortium including major U.S. Universities such as Georgia Tech, Rice and Texas A&M under the Hazardous Substance Research Centers program, which was charged with identifying contaminants in major US waterways and developing strategies for remediation. In 2005, Reid acquired a manufacturer of aviation fluid dispensing equipment on the verge of bankruptcy and renamed the company to FluidTran. Within three years, he led the company through financial turn-around by eliminating debt and successfully developing new green products and services for aircraft maintenance and airport operations. He negotiated custom design projects with aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing and with global support organizations such as Liebherr Aerospace (Germany), enabling the company to develop new products for improving safety, reducing costs and improving environmental performance. Prior to his shift to environmental sustainability, Reid was a licensed securities representative (Series 3 & 7) and obtained recognition as a Certified Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) with Shearson Lehman Hutton, where he managing high risk speculative accounts for high net worth individuals and hosted numerous risk management seminars for investors. Reid graduated from University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 1978 with a BA degree in Marketing.

Our core competencies are in food, water, waste and energy systems, with the objective of assisting developers, communities and nations achieve self-sufficiency through the design and application of sustainable infrastructure projects. In addition, we are establishing a global network of business partners and manufacturers reps to sell products and market projects. Profits are driven through product commissions, project revenue sharing, management fees and appreciation of equity holdings. Beneri has a vast pipeline of green technology investment opportunities in various stages of development or being processed through the Beneri due diligence process.
