This is the Personal Profile for RealEstateiGuy38: I grew up in Marin County California & graduated from Redwwod High. We had it nice growing up, Gourmet meals often, pool in our yard... Not spoiled, we earned our stuff, no summers in Europe or Cars at graduation. No complaints either. I was not raised with a day to day Faith, yet chose the Christian Faith in my early 20's through 1 of my 1st Entrepreneurial ventures. This Amazing guy, his wife & children & many he developed to be successful in the business area of 1's life as well as the personal, family, spiritual areas of success, which he had. I am soooo forever grateful to him & many great friends & mentors since. Before Christ, also in my early 20's, I chose to move away from my home town, family, friends... Found this Faith, Entrepreneur business models & wealth of resources that our Country was founded upon. God & Free Enterprise. Hallelujah! My life has NEVER been the same. Stayed in that town for almost 7 years, yet wanted to leave after 6 months. Wisdom kept me there for the almost 7 years to learn what I was to learn in that town from the people I was connected to... Then I had my Paul experience & was released to my next town. There for just over 12 years & now in new town again as of May 2009. This time I have a word of knowledge or such that it won't be for as long as I thought which is 2-3 years. Glad about that, cause next is OUT of U.S. to Isreal, Saipan, Portugal, Spain &... Most years while I was living away from family, I visited @ once or twice a year during Summer or Pass-over,Thanksgiving or Christmas/Hanukkah at great sacrifice, yet worth it. Personally, I enjoy interactions with people to contribute information, experience, wisdom, knowledge, encouragement, prayer, whatever & recieve... Seeing & hearing about lifes journey of Dreams Created into Lifestyle of experiences is the Highest of Highs to share & experience. Experiencing that Love Like no other than a Spouse can provide & a child are 2 other experiences I look forward to in the very near future too. The best to you & the amazing Dreams your are Creating to be your Lifestyle of experiences. Look forward to working together & providing & receiving whatever it takes. This is the Business Profile for RealEstateiGuy38: I invest in Residential Plexes, Condos & Homes Primarily for Nurses, Police, Firemen, EMT's, Teachers & the like to have a quality place to live without "drive to qualify" or live close to work in a not so nice area. Also housing for others too. All through Rent to own services that is great for people with little Down pay or not much monthly. Can also rent not to own, however, I encourage Home ownership for Financial stabilty, Foundation to Wealth/Retirement & quality Lifestyle that many Careers & jobs don't offer from a monitary stand point. There is also a Very Important experience of Security & Pride to those that own. Wealth can come from Real Estate vs Career choices like those that I primarily focus on that don't provide the best of incomes, yet do provide very impotant service to you & I & our children... I invite anyone with common interests, suggestions or referrals/Connections that can help me accomplish this endeavor, yet more important, provide the needs of our people that serve in our communities & Deserve & desire quality & reasonable housing across the Nation.
