| About Me: |
My name is Frank Sonzala, Executive Vice President of Pressure Systems International Inc. (PSI) a start up company that is very succesful world-wide and is in its 16th year of business exsistance. (www.psi-atis.com) You can see me on the preceding web-site link. This is my third succesful start up, however, as a Director and Investor in Tubular Rail Inc., (www.tubularrail.com) this fourth start-up is projected to be "bigger than Microsoft" and it will forever change the way the world transports people. I am happily married with four children and five grandchildren. I earned my B.S. degree from Gannon University in 1970, and have since worked for General Electric, where I received my business training. I then worked for Bucyrus-Erie Corporation during the Alaska Pipeline Project and also have been invoved with the Music and Entertainment Industry. In the early 80's I was employed by Reef Industries and helped bring about the now houshold recognized " POLICE LINE DO NOT CROSS" product to market. I then went on to start up International Transquip Industries Inc. in 1983 and followed that up with my present involvement with PSI. In the past 39 years of my business life I have been known to "make rocks float". Tubular Rail Inc. is the most exciting business venture in the world today, and that is why I am pleased to present it to you for your consideration. |

| About My Business: |
If one researches high-speed mass transportation systems from around the World, the new technology patented in the United States, and other countries by Tubular Rail Inc. will prove to be a better technology for transporting passengers compared to any existing, conventional high speed and urban railroad technology.
Due to the very high construction cost of traditional high-speed rail, the developed and underdeveloped Countries of the World are seeking better and lower cost alternatives to common technologies. We believe that once "proof of concept' is completed and the technology proven, Tubular Rail would become the first choice for urban and high-speed city to city passenger transportation projects. This is especially valid when important criteria like: cost of construction, effects on the existing city population and its structures, effects on the environment, and safety of passengers are taken into consideration. US economic development is important to us, and Tubular Rail technology offers the potential to create larger numbers of US jobs than conventional high-speed railroad technology can produce. Those jobs are not limited to the USA alone, jobs will be created by this technology in every nation that embraces the Tubular Rail Systems because they can be manufactured in factories, on location, and around the world. Ultimately this benefits the economy of the final user as well as benefitting the mass transit needs of the urban locale. Furthermore, we are at the stage of proving our concept, which has been calculated by three independent engineering reports. Scale models were built and conducted by Dartmouth University's Thayer School Of Engineering, to have no fatal flaw, and to be a unique use of 'off-the-shelf' technology for a Fourth Mode Of Passenger Transportation. Once proven that Tubular Rail is to be a low cost alternative to conventional high speed railroads, which will allow municipalities to build new high speed transportation systems and passenger terminals with minimal impact on the existing population and their structures, be a friendly partner to the environment, achieve the promise of creating US jobs, jobs in other nations, and demonstrate that it can achieve speeds and routes required for those countries to upgrade their transportation infrastructure. Thus the entire world would embrace this technology and use it for its passenger transportation infrastructure projects. Tubular Rail has a Letter of Intent from Vlociti Holdings Inc., that states they would indeed be interested in using this technology, once proven, in projects planned in Jakarta, Indonesia for the Jakarta Metro. This interest is based upon the benefits expressed in the above text and the belief that Tubular Rail technology has significant advantages; since its cost per mile is expected to be much less than currently proposed costs (about two-thirds less) from other high-speed rail transportation solutions. Moreover, since Tubular Rail technology is grade separated, totally electric in its power source, and futuristic in design, we think some like Sir Richard Branson, who made a fortune with Tubular Bells, and is already familiar with rail and air travel development costs, would certainly have an interest in this technology and understand that it has a place in the multi-billion dollar Transportation Industry. Tubular Rail is not in its earliest stages. We have consortium of manufacturers and systems designers that are in the process of building a "proof of concept" prototype at a test facility in Pecos, Texas. This is a high priority for Tubular Rail to succeed with the various projects that are currently proposed, but unaffordable around the world. The US President has set forth a proposal for high-speed rail in the USA, but one needs just to challenge the enormous cost and the snail rail speed that some are proposing for this noble but doomed endeavor. We believe with the proper investor or investors, the "proof of concept" and the already estimated low cost of construction, that Tubular Rail will fulfill the promise of high-speed rail for urban and inter-city passenger routes in the near future. Visit www.tubularrail.com, and I urge you to study this site intensely, contact me at trprojectfjs@yahoo.com or 210-685-7711, so we can further discuss just how much we have to offer for the future of transportation, and a ROI that should surpass any proposal that may be submitted to the Perfect pitch. |
