Brian Foster has extensive experience in the information technology field, and more than ten years of accounting and finance experience. Mr. Foster owns and operates Fostered Solutions, Inc., where he has worked as an Information Technology & Finance Consultant for more than six years. Here, he has been responsible for workflow reorganization, systems implementation, software design, project management, development, testing, training, responses to proposal requests, Microsoft Office development, technical/business documentation, and data migration.
Mr. Foster also previously lived and worked in New Zealand for two years as a banking and finance consultant. In this position, he was responsible for the New Zealand client base. He reviewed and completed requests for proposals, conducted pre-sales systems demonstrations, provided functional and technical documentation, managed client relationships, and provided various training, documentation and consulting to his clients.
Additionally, Mr. Foster engages in the sale of residential and commercial properties, has invested in foreign and domestic real estate and has participated in joint ventures in a variety of industries including software and services. He obtained four years of restaurant experience and was employed in such roles as cook, bartender, and waitperson.
Mr. Foster earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in accounting and his Associates degree in finance and investments from Johnson and Wales University (Magna Cum Laude). He received his Massachusetts real estate license and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) for more than three years. After purchasing his first home at age 21, making an indipendant move to New Zealand and building a custom log home at age 28; Brian is very excited to transform the way people make payments at physical merchants - Especially restaurants! |

CheXout Systems Inc. develops software solutions for mobile devices that allow consumers to use their cell phones to make payments at physical merchants. Rather than locking into one mobile payment solution or creating their own custom solution, these same merchants will benefit by being able to provide a range of different mobile payment options to their customers. CheXout Systems Inc. provides a non-competitive value proposition to Consumers, Mobile Compliments (advertising, coupons, etc.) and its mobile payment and Point of Sale partners. CheXplit is the first of many products / services to be offered by CheXout Systems Inc. and has been designed to provide secure and convenient payment solutions to restaurant patrons. Subsequent products will be designed to have seamless integration with Point of Sale (POS) technologies within segments such as Cruise Lines, Café’s, Hotels, Vacation Resorts, Casinos, etc. Person-to-person remittance is becoming much more popular in the US and abroad; approximately 90% of the $312 billion, non-commercial currency transfers occur outside of regular banking channels (i.e. Western Union, PayPal, OboPay, m_via etc). However, there are no good solutions available for the receiving party to use the funds at physical merchants. For individuals that do not have ready access to a bank (AKA “The Unbanked”), the ability to transfer money via their cell phone has become crucial. The cross boarder remittance flow in the US and abroad will be significantly enhanced by providing consumers with the ability to access one or more mobile payment solutions to pay for goods and services at physical retail locations.
