Hello, my name is Carl Spivey Jr. I am from Fayetteville, North Carolina. I am 31 years old. I love to read about business, investing, personal growth and inspirational books. I like to exercise when I can. I work for Goodyear as service man. I have a vending machine business that is candies and gumballs. I am not married and don't have any kids. I have a desire to learn about buying houses/flipping for a profit in October or November 2008. In less than three years for now, I want and will start my own Natural Choice vending business and route in Fayetteville. My plan is to buy at least five gumball machines for the next three years until 2012. Hopefully, finish learning about real estate around September 2009 and start the process of buying/flipping/selling one house at a time. In 2011, I am in hope that I will start with five Natural Choice(Antares) vending machines. Every year until 2016, get five gumball machines and two Natural Choice machines also continue buying/flipping/selling one house at a time. That I would be able to build a building for a laundromat or lease a building for a laundromat. My laundromat will have 25 washers and 25 dryers. A game room for the kids. A restroom for a man and a woman. 20 folding areas. I would be open 24 hours and 7 days of a week. I would continue to work for Goodyear, do real estate, my vending machine businesses and my laundromat until maybe 2021. I want to own or share ownership for a major restaurant or business that Fayetteville doesn't have and bring it to Fayetteville/Spring Lake/Ft. Bragg. I would just continue working my businesses and job until I go to serve my Father in heaven. Me, I looking for people I can network with in personal level and business level. I am looking for mentorship in business, real estate and life cause I know there a lot I can learn from businesspeople whom already done the things that I want and desire to do. |

I have a small gumball vending machine business. I have nine machines working for me and have one waiting to be placed. My business name is Dhosho Inc. I had the business for two years now. I had a hit of bad luck last year when I broke my right foot and while I was healing. Three machines was taking from me by theft. |
