I am a professional technical writer, trainer and part-time actor. I have consulted at Fortune 500 companies; Northrop Corporation, Northrop Aircraft, Nissan Motors, Xerox, IBM, Bank of America, Fujitsu, Los Angeles County, Orange County Register, and Kaiser Hospitals.

I have always operated a part-time resume business to fill in for the down times of consulting. I am currently focusing on providing career consulting services where I will assist  those seeking new careers and challenges. My new website is being developed to accept members that require career assessments, counseling, interview skills and marketing. 

Crosby & Associates, LLC also provides pro-bono and reduced rates for the long-term unemployed and emancipated youth. I provided this service because I understand hard times and the struggles to obtain another job. In fact, it is my commitment to work with a client until he or she obtains their new job. Crosby & Associates, LLC will stay with and manage the client's career for a lifetime. It is also my desire to work with the prison population to assist them in contributing to this great country of ours.

I served in Viet-Nam as a U.S. Marine and always believed in competition, challenges and always doing a 110%. Although I never graduated from high school in Chicago, I self-educated myself until I received a scholarship to attend and graduate from a major California university. My past accomplishments have instilled pride, and confidence in my personality.

I enjoy working with people and have always sought to better understand mankind. I have been a member of EST and organizations promoting human thought. I believe in the duality of man and of our greater purpose to share love.

My other ventures include technical writing consulting (coming soon online) and multimedia productions (Lazy Mule Productions). Of course, my ultimate dream is to teach, direct and perform in a small community theatre when I retire.

Above all else and before anything else is my belief in Jesus, my God. Without Him, I would not be here typing these words to you as I have overcome too many obstacles and challenges to mention on this page. I could tell you about my plights in Chicago, near-death experiences in VIet-Nam and other situations for which only God had been my protector and confidant.
