Hi Everybody-Im Jona to my friends. I was born in Germany to a German lady who gave me up for adoption. I was adopted by an African American family, assumed I was bi-racial (white, black) but later found out that  my biological father was Somoan!!Anyway my adopted father was a diplomat for the U.S. and I was raised in Africa, primarily Malawi and Nigeria, where my parents still live to this day. Went to boarding school in Belgium and university in London (did not finish). Left school to pursue my passion which was and is music. Played bass guitar in more bands than I can count...ended up in Minnesota working wih Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and then finally with Prince. Left the music industry got married had two children. Almost five years ago I decided to reclaim and redefine myself by creating my own opportunities and it has been an interesting journey which led me to my current projects. In the past year I was a finalist for the Big Brother 8 House, I  participated in a documentary that is currently making the film festival rounds and is generating some buzz  and have started writing and producing  music for  new and established artists.  Im creative and  passionate about the things I believe in.  Everyday is an opportunity to learn and reach my goal. I welcome input of any positive nature and look forward to being an integral part of this community. My company is GIGENT, LLC. My objective is be involved in all aspects of web/mobile content with an emphasis on entertainment. My current project  is a social networking website with a very definite niche. I am seeking seed money  as this is a start up. I have many other projects I would like to pursue but need to get this one off the ground first.   In addition I'm starting a consulting business for individuals who have a business or want to start one but are short on ideas. This profile will continue to morph and shift as I go along. The most important thing at this time is my quest for funding.
