Tower 12 Consulting (www.tower12.com) was founded in 2005 to aid young companies in building their businesses, including marketing and financing. Tower 12 works with young companies to develop and achieve their financial and strategic objectives. We apply our depth of industry experience and resources to building early-stage through late-stage companies across a variety of industries, including technology, telecommunications and healthcare. In 2005, Tower 12 Consulting LLC was founded to help small to mid-sized businesses with a range of services including financing, strategy, marketing and operations. As an experienced investment banking professional and strategy consultant, with an expertise and focus on healthcare, technology and communications, I have over 14 years experience in my respective fields. In that time, I have established an extensive background in Healthcare and Infrastructure Technology, which includes infrastructure security and communications hardware and software. As the Founder and Director of Tower 12 Consulting, LLC, our firm has led numerous engagements for small to mid-sized businesses as well as public companies, including leading and/or assisting multiple companies with capital raises, M&A, marketing and financial strategies. In addition, we partner with boutique investment banks as consultants on specific projects. In addition to my consulting role, I have also taught for three years as a part-time professor at the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, (http://tower12.blogspot.com/) teaching corporate finance, valuation and strategy, while also serving as an expert witness in valuation and M&A cases. I earned a BA degree in English, with a Pre-Med emphasis, from the University of California at Los Angeles and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. Aside from my work with Tower 12, I spend a number of days in the summer lifeguarding the beaches of Los Angeles or traveling to off-the-beaten-path locales. |
