Steve Lankenau  is a repeat entrepreneur seeking to start and build a business on a big idea.  Lankenau has an understanding of starting up a business as he formed and built a biodiesel production facility, American Ag Fuels, LLC in 2004.  He has an understanding of real estate (a key sector in this pitch) as he has been a developer in Northwest Ohio for the past 15 years.  He has an ability to turn around failing businesses as he did owning and managing Radio Station WDFM from 1995-1999.  Mr. Lankenau has an understanding of the intersection of business with the public sector having a master's degree from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government (1994) and being elected to three terms as Mayor of his hometown, Napoleon, Ohio (1987-1993).  Whether it is in promoting himself or others products and services, he has a keen grasp of marketing and sales from his experiences in politics and mass media.

A Paradigm Shifting Disruptive Technology
Living by the old rules, buyers had a small number of choices of what is perhaps the largest purchase they will ever make.   Common reaction: "That's the way its always been done." Marketing
It is a key component of this model that we must enlighten people to the better view of the world from Sky.  Not unlike Priceline, Sky will teach and educate buyers.  In Priceline's case, everyone used to accept the stated price as the final word on the matter - no more.  In Sky's case, everyone used to accept that they only look at and consider what had a "for sale" sign in the yard  - no more!  Once people experience the Sky system, they will never return to the limits of the past.

Scalability
The Sky model is highly scalable because real estate is a local commodity.  Sky will be able to strategically enter prime markets and gain a presence.  As quickly as it chooses, Sky will be able to broaden its reach and enter new markets systematically.  With rare exception, lack of presence in one market during scale up should not adversely effect the success of other regions.

Financials
