Lori L'Heureux

Lori L’Heureux, 32,  graduated from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications in 1999 with a B.S. in Advertising and an outside concentration in business administration. Lori is proud to have started an award-winning advertising agency in 2003.

Lori has served as Secretary of the Board for the American Advertising Federation’s Space Coast Chapter for the past 3 years. She is excited to serve as the President Elect this year.

Lori also has been asked to serve on the Board of Directors for the Founders Forum, a local think-tank of respected businesses professonals, for the 2009-2010 session.

Lori plans to live to be 250 years old so she can fully experience and explore all of the facets of this wonderful thing called life. She takes a daily multi-vitamin and never climbs a ladder when no one else is home.

Lori is a work-at-home mom with two kids, one of which is her husband.

She doesn't make a habit out of writing in the third person.

Lori's business idea is simple:  Create a nation-wide chain of drive-through organic / healthy food.

Make it just as easy to drive through and order a tofu wrap with organic tomato and sprouts with vegan dressing as it is to order a grease bomb with cheese.

Make it national, make it green, make it trendy.

Make the format familiar. The kids meals come with toys, there's a summer blockbuster movie cross-promotion and there's a scratch-and-win game twice a year.

The masses are ready to eat sprouts. I can feel it.
