Hi, my name is Peter Spezza, creator of the Magic Flash Drive. I am 47 years old and have been in the computer repair industry for over 20 years. I have an extensive background in computer service with both Corporate America and the SOHO market. In 1994 I started a computer service company in Chicago (I.T.S.,Inc.) and created a unique service business model at that time. Our service saved Fortune 500 companies millions of dollars and instantly increased customer satisfaction to over 96% practically overnight. The service was called "Express Restore". Express Restore was a unique, innovative and well received approach to computer service for fortune 500 companies.

When I sold the company in 2002 I had a non-compete for 5 years. 3 years ago I moved to Fort Myers, Florida for the sunshine! and I purchased Computer Centers USA,  a small "mom and pop" computer shop that catered to the local residential and small business community. I immediately went to work to turn this little "local" company into a national/ international computer service business with my remote computer support called "Remote Restore". Remote Restore has become our signature service where we fix computers online in real-time.

Remote Computer service is not new in the industry but we found a unique way to seperate ourselves from our competition. About 2 years ago someone told me that the way to penetrate the SOHO market was for me to take the service which is "intangible" and make it a tangible product. I thought about this day and night and finally came up with a very unique product that we call the "Magic Flash Drive" . The Magic Flash Drive is simply a tangible and easy to use USB flash drive that serves as a conduit for remote computer support along with many other features. It is unique and is patent pending in the US and overseas. We are now an international company that is poised to revolutionize the PC repair industry for the SOHO market.

We have proven the model by capturing accounts like QVC, HSN, TSC in Canada, and more on the horizon. We have opportunites in vertical markets that are virtually untapped and ready to explode.

When it comes to PC repair, the SOHO market is overpriced and underserved. We fill a need in the marketplace that everyone and anyone who owns a computer...needs this product. the market potential is beyond the imagination because of the way we come to market.

Hi, my name is Peter Spezza, In July 2007 I purchased Computer Centers USA, A small "mom and pop" computer shop in Ft Myers, Florida that catered to the local residential and small business community. After a short period of time I discovered that over 85% of computer problems are software related and not hardware issues which immediately sparked my entrepreneurial mind. I immediately went to work to turn this little "local" company into a national/ international computer service business with my remote computer support called "Remote Restore". Then late last year I launched a very unique product called the "Magic Flash Drive" which is simply a tangible and easy to use conduit for remote computer support along with many other features. It is unique and is patent pending in the US and overseas. We are now an international company that is poised to revolutionize the PC repair industry for the SOHO market. 

The service is now "tangible" which opens up many opportunities in many vertical markets. We are currently selling our product via the home shopping netwroks like HSN, QVC, TSC in Canada and have others interested in coming on board. Our goal is to get the product to retailers like Radio Shack, Walmart, etc... We also have an innovative idea on how this service can be integrated in the wireless telecom companies like Verizon Wireless and Sprint via their aircards for wireless Internet. There are many markets that we can penetrate with the service and or the products.

Computer Centers USA launched the Magic Flash Drive this past December on HSN and we have recently opened the doors to launch on other shopping channels. We have sold over 5,000 units since we started and have repaired as many computers online with a customer satisfaction rating on HSN of 4 plus stars out of 5 since day one.

Computer Centers USA is based out of Ft Myers, FL and we currently have 13 employees as well as interns form local technical schools. Our 3,600 Square foot technical call center can handle well over 20,000 new customers per month with a scalable model in place.
