About Me:

My name is Michael Block As an importer and wholesale distributor of gifts and decorative accessories, I have over 30 years experience in multiple wholesale distribution companies and systems. I have been SoftConx’s voice of the customer and have led initial market development with my business peers.
My interest in business began in my early teens as my first foray into business was a summer snow cone stand at the Santa Monica Pier in California.
Many lessons were learned that I still look back on today that remind me that regardless of "size" of business certain principles are key to success, i.e. customer service, product value and quality.
These same principles have guided me throughout my career and continue with Softconx.

About My Business:

SoftConx Solutions came to be as a labor of love from when I first became involved with this system and met the genius behind the system, my partner Tom Muellner, in 2005. I immediately saw the potential for this to be truly revolutinary in the ERP space.

We have a come along way since concept in 2005 to introduction last year and we have over 15 customers happily using our "new" solution to ERP.

Just briefly, Softconx is an innovative enterprise resource planning(“ERP”) software designed for small and mid-sized business users ("SMBs") of widely distributed accounting applications such as: Sage MAS 90/200/500, Sage Peachtree, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Dynamics as well as to businesses that have outgrown their current accounting software.

SoftConx’s unique functionality expands the sales and marketing, inventory, accounts receivable and purchasing capabilities of existing ERP systems by extending data accessibility to the Internet simply, quickly, and economically.

SoftConx is a unique, proven offering with a foothold in the massive market of delivering online data accessibility, simply and affordably to +3.0 million SMBs.

SoftConx’s primary offerings are:

Business2Web – Expanded ERP via integration with existing software systems.
SoftConx Enterprise – Full featured stand alone Accounting/CRM/ERP solution delivered via traditional license with recurring revenue
SoftConx Hosted –Accounting/CRM/ERP solution delivered via SaaS for fast startup without high initial capital outlay.

Industry trends show that current ERP's systems will be challenged by the high ROI and low TCO of new competition coming from Cloud/SaaS systems based on an open source platform.
