In my capacity as President/CEO of PreConstruction Catalysts, Inc, (PCC Funding), I facilitate transactions between principal sellers and buyers of bank paper: Bank Guarantees, Medium Term Notes, etc in the Trillions of dollars. Profits from these deals fund humanitarian and environmental projects, developments and enterprises.

I work with licensed trade platform managers and principal partners who deal with the Top 20 world banks, hedge funds, international banks, and other funding resources.

My style is to bring people together with their talents, assets and skills, then facilitate them into a direction and let them work their magic.

I am responsible for business development and sustaining excellent client relationships with leaders in their respective fields, such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Waste Management, WESTAT, Bozzuto, Lincoln Properties, and other clients.
