Galen Yeo grew up in a world of restaurants, nightclubs and bands in Singapore. He spent his college years in Los Angeles and Michigan, and graduated with a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor before serving the Singapore Armed Forces for 2 1/2 years in National Service. As series producer, he has created and supervised a diversity of shows. Projects include Making Mao - a documentary on Communist Propaganda Art; Go Warrior, a cutting edge martial arts travel documentary series and Rome: The Lost City in China (both co-productions with Discovery) and The Gods of Rice (a co-production with ZDF-Arte, MDA and Discovery Channel). He has directed and series produced China Fast Forward, a 10-part travelogue, also for Discovery Channel. Other works include Ancient Chinese Sports; Healers: Journey into Ayurveda ; Hungry Ghosts of the Chinese World and Indonesia: Beyond the Reefs (Nat Geo). His corporate portfolio includes work for ASEAN; STB; M1; PSA; Messe Dusseldorf / Paramount Pictures and others. Galen is active in developing the TV and media industry in Asia, and has contributed his views on the industry to government organizations and the press on a regular basis. He has also served as a judge for the International Emmy Awards; and spoken at seminars at the SXSW Festival in Austin Texas and the Hong Kong Baptist University in Hong Kong. |

Our shows have been widely distributed throughout the US, Asia, Europe and Latin America on TV networks; DVDs and soon on the web. From 2007 to 2008, we produced over 300 episodes of programming for 9 different channels. Our clients include Mediacorp TV Singapore; Disney Television; Discovery Channel; AXN Asia; National Geographic Channel; The History Channel; ESPN-Star Sports and The Food Channel among others. Through our corporate division, we also produce branding videos; corporate image films and commercials. We provide full creative services from concept to shooting to post to web. The founders of The Moving Visuals Co. - Galen Yeo and Khim Loh are active in developing the TV and media industry in Asia, and contribute their views on the industry to government organizations and the press on a regular basis.
