Pascal Niedermann is also the Co-Founder of VentureForumUSA, an international capital match making series, where entrepreneurs meet investors, development experts and financiers from business and government (www.vfglobal.com) in key metropolitan areas in the United States. Over the past three years, more than 3,000 decision makers from 10 countries have participated in Maestro Executive events, 300 in VentureForumUSA alone. The VentureForum brand is expanding to Europe in spring 2010.
Before co-founding The Maestro Group in 2005, Pascal had joined the international trade team of the U.S. Senate Finance Committee as a European policy advisor for Senator Max Baucus from Montana, the current Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee (http://finance.senate.gov). Pascal served also as staff representative for the Senator on President George W. Bush’s Export Council (www.ita.doc.gov/td/pec). He was the first European to serve in such a position.
Prior to joining the Senate Finance Committee, Pascal worked for 13 years for UBS Financial Services in Zurich and New York (www.ubs.com). He specialized in marketing and business development in the high net worth division of UBS Wealth Management in Europe, North and Latin America for the world’s biggest asset manager.
Pascal serves also a member of the board of directors of various American and European companies and has been featured several times in Switzerland’s leading media (newspaper, radio, and television).
