Wild Estate is jointly owned by Mr. Pieter Henning and Ms. Anna. Elizabeth Viljoen. The business will operate under the legal entity of propriety limited.

The entrepreneurs are looking for investment of R50 000 000 to purchase land, build and provide the facility with all the things needed to put it in a first class luxury estate market.

Key personnel to be employed in the initial stages include the owners as Managing Directors, 1 Administration Clerk, 1 Public Relations Officer and 1 Site Manager.

The estate will be the first of its kind in that area. The set up will comprise of a private development of 20 units fully furnished for luxury living as well as game viewing and hunting quota’s allocated to each unit.

A restaurant will also be built at the same time as the units and outsourced to a private company to operate the restaurant.

Future plans also include the development of a guesthouse, conference centre and the holding of game auctions on the estate every 4 years.
