Lenders for $2 Million to $5 Million
Strategic Partners
Existing Business:
Formed on Dec 01, 2004

Annual Sales:
$504 million
Summary:

Didrick Medical is located in Naples, Florida and has recently completed the development of an interchangeable series of components called the X-System. These stainless steel parts can be assembled into more than 500 configurations of functional artificial fingers for finger amputees.

While many of us have seen robotic-like fingers moving on prosthetic limbs, these are always attached to an artificial hand. The X-System is the only product that restores function to individuals missing a portion or all of any finger or fingers while having their palm still intact.

We have a skilled board of directors that is highly capable in spearheading this medical marketing opportunity. Mathew Simmons, our operations manager has successfully grown and participated in the sale of Specialty Pharmaceutical and product acquisitions and dispositions ranging from $100+ million dollars to more than $1 billion. He has also expanded a small 12 employee specialty dermatology company (Bioglan Pharma/ Quintiles) earning $13 million per year in the US to a 90 employee business earning $67 million per year in just 4 years; which then sold for more than $180 million to Bradley Pharmaceuticals in 2004.

Scott Zajaczkowski, our president is a skilled attorney with a history in sales, management and finance. He has worked as a financial analyst for National City Corp and has managed more than 100 employees. He has always led every sales team he has worked with. He has been seen in Syndicated stories from the LA Times to the NY Times and has appeared on numerous television shows including 20/20 with Barbara Walters. In 2004 Scott became president of Didrick Medical after relocating to take the position from Ohio.

My name is Dan Didrick and I am the founder and CEO of Didrick Medical Inc. I have a background in anaplastology, medical sales, business and design. I personally invented the X-Finger and my work relating to the devices has been showcased in numerous museums including the United States Patent and Trademark Museum, the California Science Center, the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, the Museum of Science in Boston, the Vanderbilt Hall in New York City, the National Inventors Hall of Fame as well as the Isimbardi Palace in Milan, Italy. I recently attended the awards ceremony as a finalist in the Index Awards in Copenhagen sponsored by the Crown Prince of Denmark. The Index is currently the largest design award in the world and the X-System was in the top 12 products chosen. I also have appeared on several newscasts and television shows including Modern Marvels, a television program seen on the History Channel as well as the Squawk Box seen on CNBC with Joe Kernan. I have been invited to Japan to meet with acclaimed actor and director Takeshi Kitano to speak about my product and show the first fitting of a device in Japan on live television. Because of the publicity from the Index Awards we were recently a part of, we have chosen to expedite our release date for The X-Finger internationally. We planned on introducing the product at the 2010 Leipzig prosthetics show in Germany. Due to the increase in publicity from the Index Awards we are considering another round of funding enabling us to financially benefit from our recent increase in the global interest of our technology.

Looks great.  I know it costs money for this but it would be great to have a lower cost model of this for countries that need it...just a thought for the future.

Good luck.
