| About Eddie Rezek: |
Mr. Rezek brings a wealth of business development experience, franchise streamlining operations, and unique out of the box thinking, real estate project advisory, and co-founding several companies, while being an avid investor in real estate.
Serving as a Rocket Scientist/ Design Engineer at The Boeing Company, Mr. Rezek demonstrated an exceptional balance of technical and social skills while working on both the Space Station and Delta IV Rocket projects and was promoted to coordinate and oversee 13 different teams to increase efficiently, resolve bottle necks, and provide collective reports and presentations to executives of the Delta Space Programs. Declining a promotion to use his Japanese language and coordination skills on international projects in Asia, Mr. Rezek become a published author and moved to Phoenix to receive business and real estate investing mentoring from members within the RichDad.com offices, and later licensed his books/tapes to Mr. Trump at Trump University.
In 2001, he relocated to Phoenix Arizona to receive business mentoring for building businesses at which time he co-led due diligence analysis for large real-estate projects, assisted in several business startups, and spent 2 years evaluating, managing, and raising capital for commercial investment projects that include apartment complexes, custom home projects, and businesses.
In 2004, he invested capital to become a 1/3 partner in a modular home company that built 8 to 10 new homes monthly in which were developed, owned, rented, and property managed. Mr. Rezek designed and coordinated the sale system that included selling 88 properties in 3 days to several out of state investors. He developed a program to sell franchises of modular home business systems that were tailored for investors and devised systems to package, promote, and sell packages of Real Estate in a short period to accredited investors.
Selling his modular home interest, he moved to Newport Beach California where he became the Chief Operations Officer for an Auction Technology Company in the automotive industry. Soon after, he converted the technology for usage in Real Estate. Rezek founded the Company in August 2006 and has developed its business model, technology platform, strategy, and market alignment.
