Both retail and e-commerce businesses have a problem, they have excess inventory which is either at the end of its life, out of season, over produced or under promoted. This inventory is traditionally liquidated for 5-20 cents on the dollar. We solve this problem by establishing a marketplace for entire lots of goods to be sold by the retailer via group purchasing.
The key to our business is the promotion strategy; the all-or-nothing lot of goods is not released unless it is sold out within the 7 day timeframe. This gives the customer an incentive to promote the deal through our site via Facebook, Myspace and over 40 other integrated social networking platforms. We have a ready prototype, a patented technology, a strong revenue model and a team of talented professionals. Our venture is a low cost business which is targeting a high revenue industry.
