We are an e-commerce based company that specializes in providing financial relief to anyone planning a wedding. We operate on a system of leverages and technology, which make it possible for brides to maximize the value of the dollar they spend in the marketplace. Brides whom secure wedding vendors through the process of our website, may do so at absolutely no fee to them, as our services to brides are offered at no cost. The company generates its income through a commission fee which is assessed to each vendor chosen by the bride. The average commission fee charged by our company is 10%, however, there are several contributing factor that our model uses to measure and rank the value of each of the vendors that compete for business through our system, which ultimately have an ability to effectuate the range of the commission charged. This system is known as "Vendor Rank" and is a major part of a system of leverages made available to vendors by which strategies and advantages may be used to out compete their competitors. Our method of doing business is patentable and highly innovative to our market . |
