This is the Business Profile for sosh4505 The brand that I would like to introduce is a high volume casual restaurant concept called ZimZari. I am looking to launch the brand to a national arena. The prototype stores are opened & have been recieved well. Each unit is 2000 to 2500 sq ft in size & costs 400k to 700k per store pending on location & buildout variables. Each unit is designed to return 50% on investment. All P&L's & business plans are available. In a twist of Irony the wahoo fish taco concept might be comparable to ZimZari. However we are more service oriented. ZimZari means a free spirited person who finds peace with the sand between their toes... This is our culture!!!
