My professional career has always been focused in helping to provide hardware and software solutions to help make products cheaper, more reliable, or somehow to make our lives better.
I graduated from Syracuse University with 2 engineering degrees, and have held various executive management positions in high tech industries. While waiting in line at a restaurant in late 2008, I realized while holding one of those red LED pagers that I could build a better one - by simply using the cell phone and a software application to include paging, ordering, and marketing. As I became more involved and activity intensified, I understood I needed to leave a perfectly good job and devote full time effort to my dream. Its been a tremendous process the last few months, getting approved by all the US Carriers, filing patent work, and getting the product launched. We have come a long way in about 9 months, and a Beta trial is just around the corner. In my spare time ( yeah right!) I enjoy woking on and driving British Cars, especially old MGs! |

My business, iSpeedbuy, LLC has a key software application, "SoQuik", that is under development. SoQuik has 2 portions that are integrated with each other.
The first element allows someone to order food from their mobile device, and this most generally appeals to someone who desires to order their favorite take out or delivery order with a click of a button on their cell phone. The second element appeals to the casual (or sit down) restaurant owner and customer who can now be free from the immediate wait area of the restaurant and receive a text message when their table is ready. I have a development team working on the application, and I intend to be in Beta in October for the paging application. Interested people I have shared the details with think this one is a winner. I have invested my own money totally at this point, and I am looking for an investment partner to help scale the business once concept is proven after Beta. |
