The business I would like to start is a website that deals with the Zodiac Sun Signs:

It is called “Where the Sun Signs Are” (Inspired by my favorite book as a child.)

This is a website where you can go to and place your location and sun sign on a map. As the map fills up it will turn into a competition on who is the dominate sun sign in that state. When one sun sign rises up with the most members in a state, that state will change into a gem in the color of that signs birthstone. Now people will become curious, and want to explore, as well as they should.  These gem shaped states act as tabs opening a pop up scorecard showing the stats.

Who's first?
Who's second?
And...
Who is the sad sun sign in last place?

(These scorecards will have a unique design created for each sun sign.)

Now when a sign takes a state, and has a commanding lead, we will offer those members to purchase a birthstone in the shape of their state. 

Have you ever wanted to know what is the most dominate sun sign in America?

Well when all of the states are taken, the map of America will have a tab as well.  The scorecard will reveal the most dominate sun sign in America. 

But...

This is just something you will  have to wait and see, because it is always counting up new members.  America is not the only country and they certain aren't the only location on the map.  It will be the mission of the site to create a worldwide experience with the whole world participating in this exercise. 

For the site to stay afloat there must be some kind of profit.  So the profit could come from the advertising of the site. The other ways to turn a profit on this idea would be to sale merchandise related to the site.  Since the competition of this site is over the very states the signs live in, we might as well sale related merchandise.  So to sale birthstones in the shape of the state with the winning sun sign would be a great product. Products ranging from jewelry to flavored sun sign drinks.  The options for the merchandise for this idea are endless, and would become pop culture.  

Since this is a website, it depends on where it is marketed.  If it is shown to people on some of the most used sites, the number of people on the site might be vast.  It is something that everyone has in common. 

The profit could come from all different locations:

• Advertising: Like most advertising the price depends on how long the ad will run.  I would like to have something like what My space has.  But have deals for starting businesses that need more looks then they can pay for. 
• Jewelry: These products could be anything we think of, it could range from wrist bands all the way down to toe rings. 
• T-shirts: I have a background in designing shirts, and it would be a smart idea to utilize what I have. 

• Drinks: Each one of the sun signs have gifts, and different ways of looking at life.

For example:

One of the drinks could be green with a snappy taste and ginseng along with other thought and energy boasters. This is for the Gemini sun sign, and just like the others it has it's own unique taste.   

• Posters: We could design posters, that are of the website or even the sun signs. 

Now with some of these products they will only be available to wining sun signs.  To counter that we will have products that anyone can get, but the luck ones get the other selective products. 

Since I have the ability of creating concepts, I have a theme for this site. It will be of ancient stone.  

There will be other features on this site that will make anyone, not just Zodiac followers, stay on for days.  I want to turn this into the ultimate site to find information, entertainment, and joy for the Zodiac Sun Signs.
