| About Me: |
The last ten years of my life have been spent bootstrapping a hi-tech company. Can't wait to get enough funding to either do it right or sell it to someone who can. Love the ocean, dolphins, swimming (was a lifeguard long time ago ; ) Also love music and dancing (was a classically trained ballet dancer long time ago ; ) Just this year started singing in a basement band. Can do Janis, Ronstadt, Whitney... Isn't is interesting how when you turn 50, you start doing things that you should have been doing all along... |

| About our Xtracooltech LtWv VC: |
When the Nintendo Wii came out did you say to yourself "Man I wish I'd invested in that"? Well, our business is based on a disruptive core technology that is the next generation controller for the gaming industry . Imagine a small wrist gadget like a watch, but instead of telling time, it allows people all over the world to control their computers in a way like the Nintendo Wii. We've developed such a device that uses globally protected IP sensor technology worn on the wrist that scans hand and finger motion. Since you are waving your fingers in light, we call it LtWv VC. We've added a VC for virtual control. When someone uses a mouse or gaming controller, it's basically simple finger gestures and hand motion, so our device scans and digitizes that data. It is then beamed to the source (at the speed of light) and the intended action appears on your screen. Advantages over existing technology: Markets: Gaming, computing, medical (sterile interface), Intrinsically safe (no-spark), space (no re-coil), animation, virtual reality, entertainment remote, smart home interface, industrial controller, presentation graphics remote etc Scalability: 1. $1M - build initial production run to fulfill outstanding requests for sales and evaluation units. Can follow a license model similar to Logitech which reduces risk by shifting it to players within a particular vertical where they can use their existing manufacturing and distribution channels. 2. $7-10M - go into full blown manufacturing mode and sell this novel interface to computer owners around the world. When a major player (or two) sees us making tons of revenue, they will want to acquire the company and/or IP. With any luck, a bidding war will ensue... 3. $25M - sell exclusive IP rights to a holding company and reinvest $5M back for operating capital. Will then basically do option 2. however instead of going after just one vertical, each of the verticals will be primed and then sold off resulting in multiple large paydays. ** As a disruptive core technology, we have many naysayers. If someone disparages our technology, please ask for specifics and then do some research. You'd be surprised what people are willing to say to protect their billion dollar market share. For more information please do a Google or YouTube search for LtWv. Thanks so much for checking this out ! |
