| About Me: | I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I attended Windsor Hills Elementary school in Los Angeles. Although I did not know it at the time but I became an entreprenuer in the 5th grade when I began selling sugar cane for 25 cents to classmates. Most people in L.A. have never seen or tried sugar cane. I graduated from Saint Monica's High School and went on to Cal State Northridge, majoring in the school of hard knocks. Three sons later I decided to follw my passion and ventured into real estate and other small business. Entreprenuership is in my blood. |

Wait Wear is a company I founded in 2002. We manufacture and sell t-shirts and novelty items all with a message of abstinence and chastity until marriage. Wait Wear has appeared on "The View", "Good Morning America" and most recently the "Tyra Banks Show". Our company truly sends a message that "no" sex sells. Currently we working on two major projects to be released in June and July 2008. I started LA Urban Realty fka Thomas Young & Newman Real Estate in 2000 after working for RE/MAX for 3 years as a sales agent. LA Urban Realty specializes in the Downtown Los Angeles area by assisting homebuyers locate their dream homes. |
